Pittcon is the world’s leading annual conference and exposition on laboratory science. Pittcon 2018 was held in Orlando, Florida on February 26 – March 1. Pittcon attracts attendees from industry, academia and government worldwide.

Pittcon’s audience anyone who identifies, quantifies, analyzes or tests the chemical or biological properties of compounds or molecules, or who manages these laboratory scientists. Having grown beyond its roots in analytical chemistry and spectroscopy, Pittcon serves a diverse constituency encompassing life sciences, pharmaceutical discovery and QA, food safety, environmental, bioterrorism and other emerging markets.

Another area for furture participation is Pittcon’s Science Week. Hitachi Inspire STEM Education will submitt to participate in this outreach track for this conference to be held in Philidelphia, Pennsylvania next year. The activities bring science to life with project based, hands on learning.
Each year through Science Week, Pittcon offers outreach and support programs for science education from the proceeds of its annual convention. Science Week is one way that Pittcon supports and enhances science education.
